Went smoothly. We appreciated the good work. They informed us when we had to have a rotted piece of wood replaced, instead of just roofing over it. They have carpenters on hand for repairs like that. Friendly, professional service.

Kimo the owner himself is a great guy very professional, fair, and easy
to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done to my roof,
and gave me options. His price was very fair and the lowest price
quoted for the work and the warranty. He came in about 100 dollars less
then the other guy who quoted me and he gave me a better warranty.
Kimo responded to text, email and phone. Him and his workers came on time
and did the job quickly. The only grip i had about kimo's company is
that a few of his labors seemed sketchyl. For example they had a large
trash bin that through the roof away in but they were throwing it in my
yard so i asked them if they were going to clean it up and they assured
me they would before they were done. I was out of the house when they
finished and when i came back i found nails and some trash from the
certinteed shingle wrapper left in my yard.

Richard, the estimator, came and said he would repaint the roof with a material that will not get dirty. If it did, he would come back and clean it up. The work to be done was on a pencil written yellow pad page. He gave me his card.
The cost was to be $7800.00, but I later told him I would go with $7000.00 plus $300.00 for the person that will move the solar heater panels. He and I agreed, but at that time, I told him I want a list of what he will do on On Top Roofing letterhead along with costs.
As of this date, which is about 2 month or more after the job, I am still waiting for the paperwork. I did contact him after the job and reminded him about the receipt and guarantees.
I did not and have not heard from him'
I made a mistake by letting On Top Roofing to do the job.
The job was OK, but the followup sucks.
I also mede the mistake by paying Richard and not the company.

Outstanding! I like the fact that the owner/partner was in constant contact with us. Besides phone conversations, they also used e-mail communications which is a plus.

The crew showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Kimo the owner supervised the job and came back a day later to make sure we were happy. On Top Roofing.

I solicited three quotes for having a silicone coating applied to our garage roof in conjunction with having another company install photo-voltaic panels. All three roof quotes were higher than I was expecting, but On Top's was the lowest. They power washed the roof ahead of the photo voltaic company installing their stand-offs, and then returned to apply the silicone coating and ensure that all roof penetrations were properly sealed. Then the photo-voltaic company followed the next day to install the panels. This required coordination between the two companies, and I was very appreciative of On Top's flexibility in adjusting to the short notices given by the photo-voltaic installers. On Top advised me to warn our neighbors of possible overspray from the power washing, which our neighbors appreciated, and they were also good about communicating with our tenant who was on the property while they did the work. They left everything clean and tidy, and I had no complaints of any kind with their work.

The job was done professionally and on-time and within budget.

The contractor and crew showed up at the arranged time and quickly began tearing off the old roof. The proper number of workers were on hand to work on both the house and carport roofs. Carpenters worked in conjunction with roofers to Rand R the damaged plywood and rafters and fascia. Work was done on time and very professionally. Additional damaged fascia was discovered and we were charged just for the additional materials and nominal labor. Cleanup was done very quickly and completely. None of the plants around the perimeter of the house were damaged. My wife and I were so impressed with the carpenters, that we are going to hire them to do additional carpentry work on our home.

On Top Roofing was very responsive. Estimator and owner were very accommodating to determine the materials for the job and the final cost. They worked with me to ensure that my needs were met and were extremely patient when negotiating the job and its cost. When the job started the crew and their supervisor did a good job in controling the work flow and making sure the job was right. They were friendly and easy to talk to. The crew was very professional from start to finish. Once the roofing was completed, they did a great job in cleaning up the job site. The owner visited the job site and made sure that any areas that needed additional work was addressed. From start to finish I felt that job quality and customer satisfaction was their goal. I would have no problem recommending their service. I would like to note that this company is not one of those that you hear a lot about and maybe that's why they try harder to make their customers happy.
