I called them one day, they came the next day to perform a survey of the work and give me an estimate, and they returned the next day to perform the service on the existing lawn sprinkler system. The estimate was much lower than I anticipated, and they purchased a pump and control panel to replace the two 10 year old parts which were obsolete and malfunctioning. The service technician provided the original receipt for the two parts, so I paid for service & repair of all existing sprinkler heads and lines and paid cost for replacement parts. Exceptionally friendly and professional. A+ rating by me.
