From the beginning of my project to the end - everyone was very helpful from those who spoke to me over the phone and set the appointment to the owner Kay Kamiyama coming out to my home to ensure project was on schedule and pre work up to par before my AC change out. My AC unit was installed as planned with no issues - i am very pleased with the professionalism and work performed by NS Air Conditioning - highly recommend!
