He is simply amazing before my remodel I had no room for anything, I could barely fit a table with 2 chairs inside my kitchen. He knocked down one wall plus he extended another wall and custom built me an island which allows 10 to 12 seating chairs. My sink went from 4 inches deep now to 12 inches deep where I can use it. Morgan also built me a customized Pantry with built in shelving. My 15 year old vinyl floor went to a beautiful tile floor in which Morgan set beautifully. Morgan envisioned my kitchen remodel and walked me through the process but never in a thousand years could I imagine my kitchen being so magnificent, my kitchen is simply gorgeous. I had only dreamed of what I wanted my kitchen to be actually I had dreamed for a kitchen remodel for over 20 years but thought I couldn't afford it. After 20 years of dreaming and 10 contractors bidding. I can honestly say I now have my dream kitchen because of Morgan Migita who is owner of MGM Five-0 Construction/ MGM Services. I recommend him highly he custom built my dream kitchen in less than a month and went well over and beyond my expectations. I have now hired him to do my two bathroom remodels. He was referred to me by my tenant whom they highly recommended after they moved out of my house . Before my family could move back in the next day we called him to have him clean our carpets. While cleaning he called me at work informing me that there were alot of bleach stains all over the place in one of the bedrooms. The size ranged from half an inch to a foot long. Shocked at the fact that we gave the home to our renters in excellent shape being that it was only a few years old, I questioned how it could be there. He really couldn't give a definitive answer. I'll get to that later. After he left and the carpet dried there were still brown stains in the bedroom. I called inquiring about the cleaning process and why it wasn't removed. He stopped by the next day to redo the bedroom. I sensed that he was not happy to return to fix the problem. I tried to point out the areas that he missed but he dismissed what I had to say and continued doing the area he was working on. After he left, there were still spots that he missed. I ended up having to scrub the stains by hand. Back to the bleach stains: I called on several occasions and left messages with no return call. I was able to talk to him a couple of times. My main concern is providing me information on what type of cleaning agents he used since my tenants were denying liability. I also requested that he would provide a written statement that I can present to court to claim damages since he stated that it was impossible he created the bleach staining during his cleaning. Well several attempts and no definitive answers we ended up in court losing the case because he provided my tenants with a written statement supporting their position that they did not create the stains. But how is he really to know whether or not they stained it. They were the last people to live in the house. In retrospect I learned that I'll use my choice of carpet cleaner. Especially if it results in less than average quality of work and having a biased position when it comes to issues between landlord and tenant.
