DAVE'S TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I provided all of the details about the property and escrow the week before the requested inspection. Dave or his staff did not call to schedule an appointment. On Wednesday morning August 6th, he called at 7:18 a.m. to say he would be arriving for the inspection at 11:30 a.m. that same day. He arrived at the home forty-five minutes early; did not apologize for waking the owner by calling so early nor for arriving ahead of schedule. He proceeded to inspect the home and found a few small droppings. He also noted air conditioner drain lines are too close to the home, though the water drainage falls onto a cement pad and does not touch any wood. His remarks stated the home needs tenting for the few droppings found in a bathroom cabinet. As Seller, I found his manner abrupt and a bit arrogant. The report expanded into areas outside the scope of the job which makes sense since the Buyer selected his services.
