 + -1 moreIt took about two months to get a refund for the cost of the electrician, both my outlay and the electrician's. I have used Coastal for all of my windows and they have an excellent product. The original guy, Ryce, was excellent and I referred many people to Coastal because of him, but unfortunately he is not with the company any more.
Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen window box, but unfortunately nailed through an electrical wire. Getting an electrician out and fixing that problem was what took time. Other than that, I think Coastal is an excellent company.
