This company was actually hired by the owners of the home we were going to buy. We were the end recipients of the cleaning work. We went in after they cleaned and told our realtor that they had not cleaned everything well. There were twist ties and junk in kitchen drawers, picture windows had not been properly cleaned, cabinet faces, inside and out, had drips of food still on them. We went back again and it looked a little better, so we told our realtor to release their payment from escrow. We were in a hurry to take possession of our house. After we got the key and actually got into the house, we found that the cleaning job was really horrible. I swept under a built-in pantry and found cat food, cheerios, broken glass and a whole can of baking powder! Some closet shelves were coated in thick dust. Cupboard doors still have food drips, drawers still have junk. I was not impressed. Charged a ton of money, too.
