The company was recommended to me by a friend. The worker spread a tarp on my cumaru solid wood floors before cleaning the sofas, however he over-sprayed and walked all over the floors with his wet bootie- covered construction boots. The boot prints could not be removed using Bona and other wood cleaners. Office staff told me to provide remediation bids. The bids cost an additional $150 to obtain. After filing an insurance claim, the adjuster, manager and worker returned to my home.The company removed the boot marks with a commercial solvent. After they left, I noticed the floors had buckled in places that previously were flat. The company left four dings and a big X in the wood flooring. As a result, I cannot recommend this company unless your floors are linoleum, tile or carpet.

It can be challenging to get an appointment when you need it because they are busy so I would recommended to plan ahead and call early. Sometimes the next appointment is a week away, but the wait is worth it.
On our jobs, they showed up on time and advised us what to expect. They spend the time and used the effort necessary to get the job done. We always experienced excellent results on their cleaning service.

They always arrive on time and clean the carpets or extract water from flood damage or plumbing leaks. They follow their cleaning and extraction with vacuuming. They use special equipment which extracts more water than most carpet rental equipment. They respond to emergencies as needed.
