We had a leaking air conditioner pan in the ceiling that soaked the carpet. Mark came out a day after we called and gave us an estimate. He came back the same week and completed the work.
Mark did a great job! He gave us great tips about how to clean spills or spots. It was the best cleaning we have had. Mark was very professional and personable making sure we were happy with the service and that we know we can call him for a quick clean in high traffic areas or stubborn spots if needed. I would not hesitate recommending Apex for a carpet cleaning or restoration job.

Our dog got terribly sick in our master bedroom. Horrible pet stains and odor was rampant. We called Mark and asked if he could come take a look at our carpet and tell us if it was salvagable. He was able to clean the carpet completely and remove all stains and odors. It was incredible. He spent over 2 hours on our bedroom carpet and only charged us $100, then gave us a 10% military discount. He called us!! and came back to following week to check on our carpet to make sure the stains were completely gone after everything dried and touched it up again for free. He was also very flexible with scheduling. We highly recommend this company.
