It was initially hard to get a hold of Ryan but when i did it was smooth sailing from there. It was easy to make and appointment with him for a free estimate and he came on time. He quickly came up with a design plan in his head of how to do the a/c piping so a majority of it was hidden. He sent an electrician to quote me a price for the subpanel. He handled and paid out the electrician. He then waited for me 1 1/2 months to get association approval for the condensing units. He also followed up with me in a non-threating way, while the approval was being processed, to see if the approval went through. He also worked around my schedule to quickly install the units after the approval was recieved. On the day of install a crew of 4 guys came to quickly install my units they were in and out of the house in about 3-4 hours and nice and easy to work with.

The electrician he worked with was also able to come that same day and hook up my units to power. I would have liked the electrician he had come over consult with me about the way he would run his conduit because of our association rules it needs to be done a certain way. After the fact Ryan did all he could and sent out another crew to remedy the situation. He also never required me to put a deposit down i was just able to pay him all at once after the project was complete. Overall he is a great and professional guy.
