Rich arrived on time for the estimate and gave us two options for the scope of work. We waited about three weeks for him to schedule us. Rich did the job by himself in about five hours of steady work. Again, he arrived when promised and delivered what he had estimated. Rich was thorough and professional. He was careful with carpeted areas, had all the right equipment, and considered our needs. The lanais, windows, and screens are clean and streak free. I’m glad I waited!

Rich spent the entire day at our house and did a thorough job, even cleaning windows that we had forgotten about! He had helpers for part of the day. He was courteous and very careful with our furnishings and outdoor plantings, etc. We highly recommend him. He is in demand, so call early!

Was very efficient, polite and did an excellent job cleaning 3 of my large windows. These are difficult to do as well as they are on the second story, so the tall ladders are needed to work from the outside of the condo, and the inside as well. He was careful and put drop cloths down to catch all the red dirt coming down when the screens were removed before beginning to clean the windows and the screens.
