Is 60$ an hour normal? Two showed up to bid. Just one worked 5 hours. He charged 300$. He did some good deep cleaning. He could show you photos of what he was up against. Good worker. 60$ an hour makes answering some of your questions above difficult. I wish comment. Thank You. CM

It was a miserable rainy day, all day, the day Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance came to do windows. And the outside windows had some kind of sticky residue on them (pesticide here on the West side?). But they did an excellent job and I am very pleased to be looking out through shiny clean windows! Thank you Alben Rivera and Bryan.

Our rental unit on the north shore of Kauaâ  i had just been deep cleaned 60 days prior to hiring Alben Rivera & his crew. We are restarting fresh with a new maid service. And what a contrast between what we had been receiving & Albenâ  s performance! This service was far & above all the others! He & his crew work very hard, seeking out what everyone else misses! My carpets & upholstery look new! Spaces under the refrigerator, oven, beds, sofa, chairs, curtains, tile floors look cleaner than I have ever known. His service is a very good value! Next time I need this service, Kauaâ  i Cleaning & Maintenance is getting the call!

We are very impressed with the results of this service. The crew were very competent and helped us get a big mess cleaned up in our home. We had some drywall sanding done by our painter and there was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. The response time and scheduling of the cleaning (deep cleaning) was very helpful. They are hard workers. Unfortunately the septic tank caused problems with a portion of the carpet in my rented home in Kalaheo. I found Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance on Angieâ s List. This business was the first and only business to promptly respond to an initial email. The consultation was scheduled prior to having the septic tank pumped. Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance sent pictures via text message. The owner, Mr. Rivera discussed the details and cost of the services. The job was accepted ; the quality of the services was excellent and thorough. The tenants indicated there was an odor in the master bedroom after the services were completed. Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance attempted to address this problem sooner than the tenants wanted so a return visit was scheduled. Kauaâ i Cleaning and Maintenance returned to the house to remediate the problem. Ongoing communication with this business has occurred throughout the process. I am satisfied and would choose Kauaâ i Cleaning and Maintenance again in the future. Thank you!
