About Us OBM was created to bring a personal touch combined with professional care to the tenants/clients of our customers. We strive on continuous communication with our customers to build trust in knowing that their needs will be taken care of. OBM was founded by Leon Lange in 2003. Over many years in maintenance and working with developers we learned the value of quick response to counter tenet's upset over lack of care and professionalism.
