The contractor did an adequate job of the previously described concrete and tile cleaning but etched the procelain tile leaving white marks on brown tile. He also killed pretty much all the landscaping within one foot of the cleaning. It has taken over a year for the landscaping to regrow. After sealing the stamped colored concrete, white areas developed on the green concrete within 3 months. I asked him to come and see it and it took at least six months for him to see it. I wasn't home when he came so I don't know for sure that he came. He said it was from moisture coming up through the concrete and being trapped beneath the sealant. He offered to redo it at a price. Why would I redo something that wasn't done correctly to begin with. I didn't. I know of another person who used this same contractor and the same thing happened and he never returned the calls to correct it. He never said anything about possibly killing plants or water coming up through the concrete causing white spots in the green concrete when he quoted the job. This contractor is not professional and should not be used in my opinion.
