Very well. He knew he could resolve the current problem with the dryer, but because of its age he predicted more problems in the future and money might be better spent on a replacement of the dryer itself. He has a unique way of charging for his services - a flat fee of labor at a reasonable rate whether he has to come back again or not, which discourages unwarranted time spent and labor charges added onto the initial estimate. I would definitely call him again - they were very friendly and responsive.

Mario showed up at the scheduled time. Was very prompt, punctual and professional. Diagnosed the problem, which was an unusual leaking spot in the back of the drum. Made the repair and the washer is not leaking now.
