+ -1 moreWe contacted him to hire him to paint the exterior of our home on the island. We reside full time on the mainland. Mr. Mayo sent us his proposal. He proposed a scope of work and costs in excess of $30,000 to re paint the exterior of our 3.5 bedroom house. When we informed him, becasue of his pricing, we intended to seek alternate proposals, he wrote me and called me names, accused me of being stupid, told us to go waste our money...Very unusual and unprofessional behavior which caused concern about his professional and personal temperment and demeanor. We can only imagine if we had engaged his services and then encountered any workmanship issues with him, or had questions about the job, what his reaction might have been.
Description of Work: Mr. Mayo was exremely unprofessional and very unbusinesslike. We would not recommend dealing with him. We did not engage his services.
