Andrea's Cleaning Service

On 2/22/12 I called Andrea's Housecleaning Service from the list on Angies List Site.  Andrea answered the phone and I told her that I would like to get an estimated to clean my rental house and she told me that she could clean it on Monday 2/27/12 .  I asked if we could meet on Saturday 2/25/12 to get an estimate, she was unable to meet on that day do to Church.  I asked if we could meet at 11 AM on Sunday 2/26/12 and she said she could not meet at that time because her Pastor was out and she had to cook some food for her church.  We then agreed to meet at 4:30 PM Sunday 2/26/12.  I arrived at the home at 4:20PM and waited for Andrea to come.  At 4:40PM after Andrea had not come or called, I called her.  She answered the phone and I asked her if she was on her way to meet me.  Andrea told me that she could not meet me beacuse she was cleaning an office.  I reminded her that we had a scheduled appointment for 4:30 PM and that if she could not make it at that time she should have called and told me.  Andrea said she could come in about an hour after she cleaned the office.  At that time I felt that I was being given the run-around and I told her no, that I would find someone else to clean the house.

Andrea is not reliable.  Would not recommend!

I've used her two times and she is coming every couple of weeks. The rental wasn't in very good shape and it looks good now. She is bonded. She is very good. She doesn't use any harsh chemicals so she is very conscious of the environment. Her prices are average.  I moved from Oregon where everything was a lot cheaper. I’ve checked around and her prices seem to be competitive. They put in 12 person hours the first time they came and charged $90 which wasn’t bad at all. She was late the first time but she called to let me know. I will absolutely continue using her.
