Roger was hired to install 2 ceiling fans and do a few minor repairs. When installed, one fan had a factory defect. Roger offered to exchange it with the retailer, assemble it at home, bring it back to install the next day, which worked very well with our itinerary. Of course we payed him for his additional time and service,but this is an example of his effort to take on a problem and make things right. His work was efficient and professional. We will hire him again in the future and highly recommend him to friends and family.

He responds to the needs of his customer in a really timely fashion! Where you call, and he'll be there to react. He is meticulous about cleaning up really well after his work - no matter the job, you never have to worry! I feel perfectly comfortable leaving him alone in my house to get whatever I need done. Easy to work with, he is such a nice guy!
