I specialize in finding solutions when space and budget are limited, often finding ways to add desired additional living space in situations where it was previously not believed possible. I maximize the volume and functionality of your space and property with innovative design. Clients have noticed the extra attention given to creating a design that addresses their personalities and specific wish lists in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. In addition to 20 years of residential architectural experience, I have specialized in custom and semi-custom cabinet layout and design and learned structural drafting and layout directly from California engineers. I am able to take your project from schematic design to completion of construction documents and coordinate directly with your general contractor and local architect or engineer of record when a stamp is required for permit.
