John is awesome. Our relationship is a little over a year old. On two occasions, I asked him to fix my Honda Accord and he made it a good experience both times. John thinks clearly and communicates well. He is cheerful, service oriented and professional. His manner and work are high quality, thorough and detail oriented. His workplace, like his work is neat, clean and organized. I found others who charge less, however, for what John delivers, I believe he corrects whatever is necessary in the moment and saves me time and money in the future. I appreciate the fact that he takes very good care of my car and he treats us well. The confidence, function and peace of mind are worth it.

I called them during the hurricanes and they were rescheduling all the appointments that had to be cancelled due to the storms, but they got me in less than a week out. I just needed my oil changed but they are so kind and attentive and reasonably priced. They do extra things like wash the windows and vacuum the inside of the car!! I use them for all my car service and have never been disappointed - in fact just the opposite. They're a great bunch of guys and excellent professional mechanics. They all seem to like their jobs which says a lot about a company.

I asked them to order the part and fix it and then decided I wanted to wait until the problem was more consistent. They agreed to sell me the part and install it later.

Was recommended Kihei Automotive by trusted friend. They exceeded expectations. They have been my go-to auto repair and service. Their work is great quality, they are timely, and they have come through for me when I really needed the work done in a timely manner. Eric at the counter is always able to explain the issues in an easy to understand fashion. To date, the work done is always at or below the estimated cost. I highly recommend to anyone who asks.

Replaced rear tail light assembly with new one which I had ordered online and provided. Only charged me $27 for the labor. They charged $45 to test drive the car and check the suspension and found that the car needed new front struts.
