Raven did a wonderful job of explaining the multi-day process to me and how to take care of the tub once the job was done. She responded quickly and professionally over phone and email with the details, contract, and receipt. They did the work in my vacation condo during the week before my arrival and it was done and looking great when I got there. Everything got cleaned up perfectly and it was especially helpful that they took off the shower doors and reinstalled them after the job was done.

Right on schedule, Raven Hartog-Hall (Provider) examined, scraped, patched, scoured, cleaned and smoothed our 40 year-old, yucky fiberglass shower-tub unit. Then she professionally masked off the entire bathroom - with meticulous attention to edges directly surrounding the tub-shower. The next day she thoroughly planned and prepared the ventilation route - with sensitivity to our pets and plants. After that she suited up and sprayed the tub-shower. She provided detailed instructions about time-to-dry, care, etc., and set a time to come remove the masking. The result was a gleaming white tub. Aside from a small drip, the job was perfect. When notified of the blemish, Raven came back immediately (on a Saturday) to sand, refinish and polish the spot. We could not be more pleased at her work, professionalism and knowledge. Plus she's a very nice person.

They did an absolutely amazing job. From start to finish. From having them come out and advise us on what they thought they could do to refinish the tub, shower, and tile, to scheduling the job and completing it. The tub looks brand new. Absolutely amazing.

"Customer completed this review in March and this job was completed in August of last year. Customer gave every indication that she was very happy with the job when complete, and we had no idea that she was dissatisfied in any way. I just spoke with customer today and she said we were late on the 2nd day of work. "But you still got the job done that day, you just came late that's why [ I put that grade for punctuality]." I am so glad we were able to finish the job on the day we said we would and am sorry she felt the need to downgrade our service because of this."

They were very fast to respond to my initial email inquiry. I was able to see before and after pictures. They were flexible when I had to reschedule due to a move out delay. I was out of town when the service was provided and they emailed me pictures so I could see the finished product before they asked me for the final payment. The bathtub and surround look amazing....it looks brand new. I think it will be a huge bonus as I try to sell the condo. It was well worth the money. We may also have them do the bathrooms in our new house so that they look as good as the condo we are selling.
I would absolutely recommend them. Their before and after pictures on their website are no lie it will look clean and perfect when they are finished.

I own several apartment in Los Angeles, and am somewhat experienced at having a tub reglazed. If ABC Tub and Tile Rescue were located in L. A. I would only use them for reglazing surfaces of tubs and sinks and countertops.
I now live in Kihei and needed to have my own tub reglazed.
ABC Tub & Tile not only answered the phone on a Sunday; Raven came out to begin the (rush) job that very day. Tub reglazing is a 2-3 day process. Raven came out Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, working around 3 other jobs I was also having done on these days.
Maui reglazing rates are higher than L. A. rates. When I saw the results of Raven's job, I knew I gov excellent value for my money.
My tub looks absolutely beautiful.
Don't use anybody but ABC Tub and Tile Rescue Ink for a tub reglaze "better than new".

"This customer never paid for this job. The tub was refinished amazing (happy to upload pictures if there is an option to do that). What we figured out later was this customer had a "thing" about pushpin holes (yes, the kind that are so small most people don't see them). Even though pushpin holes are tiny, we take great pride in how we leave a jobsite (better than we found it- drop cloths, etc.) and we repair those tiny holes. That is our standard. For this job, we had to use push pins (only 2 of them) to hold up sheet to mask off the room during spraying since the blue painter's tape would not stick, and we always caulk and paint if that is necessary, and customer freaked out. He kept asking us if we were going to fix them, and we assured him (5 times total) that on our last day there, that was part of the final touch-up/ sweeping/ etc. Then the customer started complaining about everything. The texture, the holes, and whatever else they could find. We hired an attorney to assist with negotiations, but this customer to this date has not paid for the job (2016). This job was completed in April of 2014."

Raven and Tim (owners) were knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, and reasonable. They literally made my old tub and tile shine like new. And living in Maui, mold is an issue, but now I can just sponge it off! So I saved space in Maui's landfill, made my bathroom shine, and made my life cleaning tub easier than ever. Win win on all fronts! I'd recommend this owner/operated and local company to anyone!

While renovating our rental unit, we contacted Mike at Perfect Tub and Tile for an estimate to reglaze our bathtub. Mike's work is beautiful. There were minor issues and Mike agreed to come back and correct the issues. He was extremely professional and I recommend him completely. The tub looks beautiful and does not look as though it is 20 years old.
