I agree with the other poor reviews. I had similar experiences.

Turfman has done a great job helping us expand and maintain our property. They are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about the needs of all of our different plantings. I often solicit their advice on new additions that pair well with our existing varietals and have benefitted from their knowledgeable input. They are also very scalable and easily handle everything from simple maintenance to large installs. I am extremely happy with Turfman and highly recommend them for all of your landscape needs.

Do not hire Luis and his crew! I am serious. He is absolutely not trust worthy. Do not believe a word coming out of his mouth. He was referred to me by my contractor. He was hired to do a simple landscape around my pool with lawn and basalt stepping stones. It was planned to be one-week job and it lasted more than 6 months after me constantly chasing him. Then he did a terrible job with cheapest possible material and over charged me. He did not even pay his sub that he hired to do the back flow system that I kept getting his bills. Then he walked off the job without finishing it. My backyard looks terrible that I am hiring someone else to re-do it. He talks well but never ever follow through. He should not be in business at all in my opinion. He does not know what he is doing. I do not know where he got his workers but they know nothing about landscape work and how to do things correctly. He also changes his quote at his wish so his estimate to you at the beginning of the job means absolutely nothing. He is there to rip you off. Protect yourself by not hiring him. Period!

Do not they likely say they would show up and never did for the next project after they overcharged us way too much for a small project? I would not trust them.

Very satisfied with work done so far. Exoect to employ them on an ongoing basis.

I highly recommend big island turf solutions! The owner of company called me within an hour of my request for job needed. He came to my house same day after he finished work to give me an estimate. He finished the job the very next day. I love the work and I am already referring them to family and friends. Mahalo Luis and crew!
