Steve Uemura responded to my inquire the same day. He scheduled a walk through at the convenience of my schedule. Easy to talk to and he asked specific questions to make the process seamless. On the day of hauling, Steve and his team showed up early and they started the process. They removed 21 heavy and large items in a matter of 2 hours. It was not easy and they did it with excellence.
