WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. I called to schedule the removal and reinstall of my panels in the same phone call because I knew exactly when my roof was to be replaced and completed. They "scheduled" me for both. When time came for the reinstall, no one showed up. I called and my case manager said that whoever took my call the first time didn't have the authority to schedule the reinstall and so it never got scheduled. The earliest they could reschedule me was 1 month out because "they do not have enough employees to handle the volume of work they are scheduling."Trying to get ahold of the case manager (the ONLY Hawaii contact) was a nightmare. Her phone goes straight to voicemail and it takes a few days for her to get back to you. I assume because SHE DOESN'T WORK HAWAII BUSINESS HOURS AND IS GONE BY 2 PM. After a week of playing phone tag, I insisted on speaking to a manager. She said they would listen to our recorded calls and get back to me in 3-5 business days. Nothing. At 6 business days, I started calling again and heard nothing from her for a week. At 11 business days I was told the manager was having phone issues. This lasted another week. 3 weeks of being ignored so far. Phone issues for 2 weeks? Really?

Showed up on time. Places panels so they don't show. Cleaned up after themselves. Electric bill went from $500/mo to $17/mo
