Darren took care of everything. We literally had to do nothing to get the property rented. My old tenants were friends of mines and I appreciate that Darren called them out in terms of cleaning and maintaining the property. It shows that my house is important to him and shows me that he will hold future tenants to account for taking care of the property as well. 
I would highly recommend Darren to others because he is a straight shooter and will tell you and your tenants like it is. In business this is a very important trait to possess and I  could not be happier that Darren is my property manager. Plus I like the fact that he is a veteran. 
In addition he brought a top notch cleaning team in to get the property ready for rent, and even took care of a few minor maintenance issues. I appreciate that he is a handy man as well. Really takes the stress out of owning a rental. Great Job Darren.

I was in the process of moving from Hawaii, but I needed a property manager to take care of my home. I held meetings with several property managers and am extremely pleased that Darren accepted me as a client to manage my property in Hawaii.

My home in Hawaii is an older home, and Darren was glad to take the reigns without hesitation. He managed the paperwork process for my contract and for my renter with ease. Rent payments are automatically deposited into one of my accounts without any manual process on my end, and I receive automatic monthly statements.

Darren is an effective communicator and consummate professional. A retired soldier, Darren is extremely prompt and disciplined in his approach to business. I am very lucky to have Darren as my Hawaii property manager. He truly is a professional you can trust!

Our property was listed less than a week ago and we have had a lot responses. Stacy has kept in constant contact with us with updates on inquiries. He showed the house yesterday and already has 2 applicants. And he has already made arrangements for an estimate for a flooring contractor. He has also been in constant contact with the tenants who aren't moving out until next month, trying to accommodate them as well.  He is professional but friendly and has been a great help to us throughout this process!

He has completed minor maintenance on the property and if he cannot fix it, he has many qualified resources that can help repair/replace items in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Darren works well with my HOA and sends monthly statements in a timely manner.
