The company did an outstanding job in working with us to coordinate our office renovation.  Coordinating exact work times/dates was key to this job because several other trades/vendors were involved.  The Presision coordinators (William Manning and Kaiwi) attended all pre-renovation meetings.  The Precision crews did what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it.
I read another review that discussed theft.  I can't comment on that because my job required someone from my office to accompany the workers at all times.
I gave them a B for professionalism.  They're movers.  A grade of B is a good thing.

At current estimate I am missing over 500 DVD's including 50 blu rays.  a Jewelry box with thousands of dollars of jewelry and family heirlooms that are irreplaceable, a dresser full of my 5 year old daughters clothes.  Both of my entertainment centers.  My computer accessories, my computer desk, my night stand, and I am missing every single nut and bolt to my one year old's crib.  Total cost to me to replace this will be upwards of 10,000 dollars.  While they are liable for it all and must replace it the process will be lengthy and I will have to pay out of pocket for the things I am missing until the companies in California, Arizona and Hawaii hash out who will be paying for it.  These people are thieves.  They have no respect for the people they are moving for and cannot be trusted.  If you do have the misfortune of being assigned these movers for your pack out in Hawaii, please ask for another company or video tape the entire move start to finish and keep your own inventory.
