Our air conditioner is now clean and working efficiently - just in time for the vog. Our family has asthma and allergy issues so AC maintenance is an important matter. I now trust Craig's for all my air conditioning needs in the future.

are so many wholesalers that sell the same thing. Even other brands accomplish
the end goal, but the service…ah, the service. Therein lies the rub.
The service I received from Craig’s was spectacular. From
the moment I first called the company. I was impressed with Jazmen, the
pleasant yet very professional dispatcher/receptionist/problem solver. Some of
the other companies never even returned my call. Oh well, their loss, my gain.
Craig was very warm and friendly when we first met, and knew
what he was doing. The evaluation was quick, and of course I got other quotes.
He wasn’t the cheapest, but wasn’t the most expensive either. I did not get a
good vibe from the vendor with the lowest price.
There were some delivery hiccups from the wholesaler, but
Craig fixed it and had my units airfreighted. It was still delayed for a week,
it wasn’t his fault.
Come installation, he was early and brought an army! I say
Army because they dug right into it. Everyone seemed to know their role.
Disciplined, like clockwork. That’s not to say they weren’t friendly. When I
came in, each of them looked me in the eye and introduced themselves to me.
Being a clean freak, this is where I am impressed: During
their intensive and grueling installation (it was 90 degrees today with like
90% humidity outside and inside), my house was a disaster. I thought, oh well,
I knew this was going to happen (experience from working with other
contractors). I left for a couple of hours, and when I came back, my house was
cleaner, and just as organized as before. They put everything back and cleaned
up very well.
There was a change of mind from me about something that had
already been partly completed. Craig and his crew had to undo some installation
and reinstall on another side. They did not grumble and even patched up the
wall. They did not have to do that – it was my fault. That’s service. Going
above and beyond expectations. Five out of five. Easy.
