 + -1 moreThey did a great job of repairing my shoes but more important than that is the way they made me FEEL. From the moment I stepped into the shop, Mindi made me feel like a long-time friend....like she was glad to see me, and glad to take care of what I needed. Taking your shoes in for repair isn't usually one of the more memorable things one would do, but when a consumer experience stands out above what we've come to expect these days, it's worth writing about. I highly recommend Windward Shoe Repair for making a ho-hum errand into a nice experience.
