Very responsive, great customer service! They work holidays, the repairman was patient (I couldn't really explain what was wrong), and owner was very involved.

They did the work in a short amount of time. It turned out perfect and we were very happy with that. It took him about 7 days. He is really is a great contractor. His was very nice and checked on his workers throughout the day. I will be using the again for other jobs. I wished I could give him an A+.

Replaced our old Tub/Shower with new custom built tile shower with use of mold mildew proof epoxy grout. A large siting bench was created in the back with both fixed shower head and removable head installed. Beautiful tile corner shelves were put in to give a seamless look to hold the shower necessities.
Sidney was in constant contact with each phase of this 4 day job. Sidney did not take any shortcuts in quality of materials and the workmanship was high quality even though his crew was sick as dogs for several days they hung in there showing great work ethic while not affecting the quality.
Sidney called 3 days after the "curing stage" to see how we like the shower and if there were any problems or any issues we wanted to have checked out and to remind us that his work is guaranteed and not to hesitate to call him for problems.
