Insurance Agencies
State Farm is a big company that has proved reliable in the face of costly disasters. I've been happy to have home insurance with them and thought it would be good to move my auto and umbrella coverage there as well. What a hassle that turned out to me! Incorrect quotes, misinformation, delays, even an erroneous bill. When I expressed my frustration to my agent, Lori Pasion, she apologized but did not seem to feel she needed to do anything to make sure things would go more smoothly for other customers. I will keep my policies with State Farm for now, but may switch agents if I have further problems. I would not initiate new business with this office.
