Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Home Building + 1 more
Most contractors are very busy and focus on big jobs. Prynce was building a home in Kailua but in his off time, he worked on my dinky project by removing non-structural walls in my boxy kitchen. It was difficult for me to find any contractor who would just do the framing.
Everyone else wanted me to pay for a full scale, top to bottom kitchen remodeling package. My dad is a general contractor in California and I have skills in demo-ing, drywall work, etc.. Mel Furtado is my handyman (an Angie's List Superstar) so as a team, Prynce, Mel / David and I make my kitchen space open and unrecognizable (check out the photos).
No offense to my Dad, but Prynce is super speedy and efficient. You can tell just by how he works, he has a lot of experience and hands on knowledge. Not only with general construction, but how things have been built in the past "island style." He is a God fearing man and I am lucky to have found him.
