Wayne came to a property that we are looking at purchasing and spent time with us to get a detail of what we wanted done so he could provide us with an estimate.  He took the time to really explain things to us.  The estimate was a bit much for us but he is willing to negotiate so that's wonderful!  We are hoping to get this property so we can have him renovate the house to make it our dream home.

Wayne and his crew (Ikaika and Pat) showed up everyday about 7:45 started work at 8 am and had the whole bathroom cleared out in a few hours They work very quick and efficient. not to much talking they new exactly what to do. Wayne did a wonderful job on installing the Tile for the shower We Liked the fact that he met us at The Tile Store to go over Out Tile Selection. He also picked up all the Tile and Bulk items like the vanity and Toilet at no charge, he installed Grab bars to make it easier for my Mom to maneuver around. Overall we are very pleased. We just got an estimate from him to do out Kitchen.
