Good response from clerks, when we found one. Do shop at Sears. We need to keep them here.

All went well. It was a simple replacement.

Derek Katada is who we always ask for when we go to Sears Windward Mall.
He helps us get the best price for our tires and we always buy the best, longest mileage tires they have on sale.
Derek knows our cars very well and always recommends the best (and not necessarily the most expensive) tires for our vehicles. He know how we use the cars and what we want in a tire product.
He schedules us promptly and lets us know when there is an opening appointment that suits our schedule and always alerts us when there's a sale to save us money.
Derek's been there quite awhile and he knows his business.
He accesses our records immediately and knows what we need and how we want the job done.

I believe in maintenance of things. My refrigerator is really old, but Sears things take a long time to die. If something goes wrong, they come right out and fix it. They are very professional.

I didn't repair anything because the parts are too expensive. They came out and gave an estimate but I decided not to repair it. They asked $600 to repair the refrigerator. The service was pretty disappointing. With regards to punctuality they were on time. I do not remember if they were professional. If I have a sears equipment, I will have to use them again.

The service was good. He installed it within 30 minutes.
