The individual that came to do the work always arrived on time and cleaned up well after he was done. However, the last application of finish that he applied had hairs and quite a bit of dust in it. He did end up applying more layers of finish than he originally intended and offered to tint the finish so the refinished boards on the bathroom floor would match the color of the rest of the floors in the house but didn't follow through on that. Could not get the individual to answer my call or return my messages to come back and apply the final coat as promised.
