Steve, guided me through the project, he offered helpful hints. We renovated a one bedroom Ohana. He knew it was for a Kapuna. He did extra things like rounded all of the corners of the walls. He was easy to work with and completed the project n 8 weeks. It was a large project. He even removed windows an added a wall, replaced some windows. His crew was neat and friendly and also were helpful. I will definitely use him again.

Steve listens to what it is you want to achieve, discusses it with you in detail to be sure he has the same vision you do, then makes it happen based on the reality of your spaces. He solves problems! I enjoyed working with Steve and the subcontractors he brought in. Steve focuses on your job and gets it done in a timely manner. He keeps you and all the subs apprised of the schedule, who is doing what when, and any changes to the schedule. I highly recommend him. This was a major renovation. I would hire him again, but everything is so solidly built, I will never have the opportunity!

Steve absolutely knows his trade and is very professional in how he goes about it! In the midst of a very busy schedule he made time to come by, evaluate my problem and offer options on how to address it. We scheduled a time for him to return and make the repairs. We have used Pro-Kraft Builders twice in the past 8 months. From major projects such as tearing out an old 3-level wooden deck and replacing it with a Trex deck (and gazebo) to replacing pot lights with new generation LED lights, Steve has always done outstanding work. He is well organized and shows up when promised. He is a wealth of knowledge with regard to building and repairs. He is a highly skilled professional who runs a well oil machine of carpenters, electricians and painters. His price is right for the high quality of work. We have worked with Steve twice now and look forward to working with him again. His attention to detail, promptness and professional attitude are second to none. Down to the last screw.

Finding a carpenter, let alone a master carpenter on Oahu is a task unto itself, let alone one that will take small, non-commercial jobs. We spent much time researching options for this project and found Steve on this and other sites where the reviews and work examples were hard to ignore. We priced 3 options, Steve was in the middle-of-the-pack. The difference being, Steve is the business owner, principal tradesman and foreman all-in-one. His professionalism from start-to-finish and flexibility with what the discovery process dealt made this project very smooth with limited cost over-runs. The work was beyond our expectations and met all of the standards we were looking for: safety, security, aesthetics, and durability. The curb appeal of our home has immediately increased and we will be working with Steve exclusively on all future projects at our home. The character he injects into his projects truly makes the his work truly unique. I would recommend calling Steve as a routine part of your quote request process for all your home improvement projects.

Thorough and professional job

Steve went above and beyond to come out and give me an estimate. He was prompt and efficient.

The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The planning, organizing and execution were more than one could ask for. Steve is a perfectionist down to the last screw and last cut with the saw. This project was to replace about 700 sq ft of wood decking with Trex in two shades of gray. The finished product was dynamite. As a friend said, the deck gives your backyard the "WOW" factor. I will hire Pro-Kraft again. Thanks, Steve, for a job well done.

Our experience with Steve and Pro-Kraft Builders was a great one. We gutted our bathroom and replaced everything. We took out our bathtub and put in a shower with a bench. Steve was great and did amazing quality work. He was efficient and fast and the work was done well. He was patient with us and our indecisiveness.
