I had a bunch of electrical repairs, ceiling fans, wall a/c units, sockets that needed repair at our rental.
Told my property manager to call them. Checked back with my property mgr. and the repairs were completed.

Eric's and his guys were somewhat quiet but they worked super fast often times being ahead of us. They were also very flexible and accomodating when we added some requests like installing ceiling fans and additional light switches and sockets coming back at least two or three times to handle additional requests at no additional charge.
Started work promptly at 7:30 am everyday, often times being here earlier and waiting for us to leave.
Definitely would recommend and use again.
