Went very well, as usual.
Guy found the problem, followed up with a phone call to make sure my car was working right.
He's sensitive to my budget and knows my car and my preferences very well.
He's easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough.
He is also very reasonable and up front about costs and his labor fees are spelled out.
His billing is clear cut whereby I can see the cost of parts and labor for the work done.
I would never ever entertain the thought of going to anyone else for auto work.
If he can't do the job, he will also tell you so.
He's personable and we've been with him through 3 cars and many many years.
He's helped us keep our cars for a long time (330,000 miles on a 13 year old car is our current one).

The need for service happened while I was out of state. My daughter noticed the brake fluid leak in the garage of my home.
She called GTS and was asked to bring it in for service. She says that she was very pleased about how thoughtfully she
was treated, I have been a customer here for several years and I am always pleased with their work.
