How did it go overall???? It didn't
Never got past making an appointment. Made an appointment for the Pearl City shop. Arrived 15 minutes early for our 9:00 AM appointment since this was our first visit. Shop was locked up...at 9:20 I called the number on the building only to get a recording that they would contact me by the next business. day. I visited the location prior to making an appointment just to check it out. Called back later to make an appointment...specifically asked if I was making an appointment for the Pearl City Shop..was told YES.Appointment day arrives...I get to the shop about 15 minutes early...since this was our first visit. No one there...wait 40 minutes...call the number...get a recording that they will call me by the next business day. Go online find a different number...answered by a young lady that tells my my appointment was a the Kaneohe shop. I explained that I had specifically asked for the Pearl City shop..."NO you have appointment HERE"...no I'm sorry ...no let me rebook you for Pearl City...just "NO you have appointment HERE"..
Needless to say I cancelled the appointment...if that part of the process was TOO difficult I wouldn't dare trust them with a pair of scissors.
