I used Denis Realty as my Property Manager for 9 years while I was living off island. They charged 10% of the monthly rent as their fee, which is pretty typical. I believe that they had a very thorough tenant screening process and generally found good tenants for my house. However, they did not stay on top of the condition of the property, in particular the last tenant. Upon my return to live in the house, I found many gashes on the vinyl floor in the kitchen. There was a piece of the enamel that was chipped out of the sink. A hole was punched through the surface of the touch pad on the stove. I had a moderately long list of things that I found damaged in the house, but the response that I received was that everything was normal wear and tear and she did not retain the security deposit from the tenant and refused to fix any of the damage that had been done. I would definitely not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.
