Brian managed the entire process and installation was smooth from NEM application to HECO final installation of the NEM meter and my now $17 HECO bill. All mounting hardware is stainless steel or anodized aluminum.  They climbed into the attic during installation to monitor that the holes drilled for the Quikmount PV racking were all in the rafters not just the plywood underlayment.  For what its worth, Brian not only developed my quote and NEM, but was also was up on the roof managing the installation of my system.  The other PV contractors had commissioned sales staff who didn't have hands-on installation experience.

They were very professional and took care of all the paperwork with the electric company.  They were willing to offer multi-home discounts to our neighbors.  Highly recommend them.

Went great. Came on time, were very professional. Actually, I don't remember how much it cost, but that is a required field, so I just guestimated.

Replaced pressure relief valves, sacrificial anode, ball valves, reworked part of the system to fix errors made by another company that did the original installation.

|C & J were responsive even though this was a small maintenance job. Another company didn't even return my calls. Others seem only interested in new installations or big PV jobs. I'm confident that C&J stand behind their work, and if you buy a system from them, they will be there to support you, and maintain it long after the initial sale.

|Keone and Keone were great. They were right on time, and very professional. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend C&J, and will definitely go back to them when I need more solar work.

Service was excellent, they did what they said were going to do at the price they said they would do it and when they said they would. The only issue I have is that they talked us into putting the tank on the ground instead of leaving it on the roof. We could have left the tank on the roof which have been less work, less clutter on the ground level, and it would have less moving parts which will eventually have problems.

We got prompt service, easy to understand explanations, quality repairs and a reasonable cost for a small job.  I'd certainly trust them with larger solar water heater needs.

I would recommend them to all my family. They were prompt, courteous, informative, and very thorough. I woulld definitely use them again when the need arises.

The technician arrived within the appointment's window but, did not call first as stated by the scheduler. Everything was done satisfactorily within the expected time frame.

Our water heater tank started leaking.  I called C & J back in 2004 for heater service and their response time and work quality were excellent so I decided to call them again for an estimate.  They came the same day I called and even brought a replacement tank - unfortunately it was the wrong size. They said their next opening to replace the tank would be in three days so we set it for then.  On the day of replacement they called to say they were running late buy about 2 hours.  No problem fortunately.  The two guys they sent did quality work, answered all my questions, worked as a team, cleaned up and took the old tank with them.  So the whole service process as excellent from the same day visit, quality of work, and great employees.  I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing similar services.  Price is good for the work quality and quick response.

The installation went okay.  The C and J crew came on time and did a good job install the racks and panels.  However, the one issue we had was the electrician they used at that time was not very reliable or careful.
First, he was supposed to complete the installation on the Friday that the installation was started, but he couldn't.  He told told he would return and finish the job on Saturday.  He showed up at my front door and told me that his crew didn't show up.  Then he told me he would finish the job on Sunday.  Sunday arrived and he showed up on time.  However, his crew showed up late.  In the end, the job was completed a couple of days after it was promised to be finished. 
Second, during installation on Sunday when he was by himself, the electrician was careless and dropped a conduit on my laminate floor and dented it.  C and J Solar followup up by repairing the damage.  I understand since that time, they changed electrician.  C and J Solar also followed up and repaired the extra holes in the wall that the electrician left and fixed the rain gutters that were dented by the ladders.
In the end, they did the things necessary to make me a satisfied customer.  The PV system works great.
