They were very open to my concerns but offered an efficient way. They were open to change of mind. The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this provider again. I referred them to three people this morning.

Albert Alimoot Jr. (Junior) was recommended to us by a flooring installer who had worked with him before. We had an emergency situation, another tile installer had not shown up as scheduled and we had guests arriving from the Mainland and only one functioning bathroom with the guest bathroom in the middle of a remodel. Luckily for us Junior's job had been shut down because of a situation with asbestos. He drove all the way out to Makaha to give me an estimate and agreed to begin work immediately unless his previous job was reopened. He arrived at 7:30 am and started work. We were using a mosaic inset and he helped us improve our design. After carefully laying out the design we had agreed on, I changed my mind and wanted him to shift the entire inset several inches to the left. I was impressed that he did not show the slightest amount of impatience at my indecisiveness and made the changes. The floor looks great and I have already rescheduled him to do the shower and wainscoting. He has a great eye for design and is very professional and I feel very lucky he was recommended to us
