THE ONLY DREAM THAT STUCK WITH ME SINCE CHILDHOOD WAS TO SOMEDAY OWN A HOME TO PASS ON TO MY CHILDREN AND THIER FAMILIES. SO I TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH WHEN A FRIEND OF MINE HAD BRAGGED ABOUT THE HOUSE THAT SHE JUST BOUGHT AND WILL ONE DAY OWN. SO I USED HER REALTOR AND SOON FOUND THAT THIS WAS A LIFE CHANGING DECISION. RANCH AND SEA REALTY WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. FROM OBTAINING A LOAN TO CLOSING THE DEAL. THEY WERE PROMPT TO RETURN MY CALLS AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL RELATED TOPICS. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY NOR JUDGMENTAL. THEY GAVE ME MY SPACE AND STILL REMAINED HELPFUL. I WAS SHOWN MULTIPLE UNITS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS UNTIL THEY FOUND THE PERFECT UNIT WITH EVERYTHING I HAD SPECIFIED THAT I WANTED. THEY DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME NO MATTER HOW PICKY I GOT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RANCH AND SEA REALTY TO ANYONE SEEKING TO MAKE A DREAM COME TRUE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE WHO WILL WORK HARDER TO HELP THAT HAPPEN.
