From start to finish, these guys were professional and did a great job. The quote was fair, showed up on time, and actually finished early. Equally important they were attentive to some of my concerns related to some areas of the house and equipment that appeared to be more delicate. We should have done this years ago. We'll definitely bring Windward Window Cleaners back on a more regular basis.

All the dirt and dust in the track of my sliding windows are not suck out with a vacuum or some sort. It is not clean. It still look black.

"This customer was given great service and an excellant window cleaning job. She walked the job on completion and complemented my journeymen. She had ample chance to let my journeymen know of any problems and did not. She even paid in full at that time. Her comments pertain to tracks of her sliding windows. We do not vacuum out tracks unless customer specifically request it. We also charge more in addition. We clean tracks with a microfiber cloth. In this case the sliding track was aluminum and about 30 years old. It had never been cleaned out. After we did our best to clean out the tracks, they were still black with corrosion of 30 years sitting in a salt enviroment."

excellent crew - very professional, they moved everything and spot treated areas that were stained...they also offered to come back and try a different chemical on a few areas that are stained. The owner also came by originally to see the scope of the work and gave the estimate...on time, courteous and thorough.

Very efficient, very good work, quiet and considerate. I think one person was new...he didn't reattach screens very well, got them mixed up. Also in some areas did not replace furniture that had been moved. However, they did a great job with windows, screens, and pressure washing. I would hire again, and hope that the new person is better at the job...he tried!

These were great workers! They were on time; did their thing; asked for a walk through to make sure all was done to my liking. They made no mess and were in an out in an hour. We live in a high rise, so they did not have to worry about 3 outside windows. I will definitely hire Windward Window Cleaners again--& again!

They arrived on time on the date that had been arranged. They were clean, polite and business like. They began the work at once and finished in what seemed to me, record time. Though it hadn't been mentioned, they also cleaned all the mirrors in my home and were quietly out in a very short time. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
