 + -1 moreNumerous contractors refused to build the lanai the way we wanted it, but Walden from Webb Construction who normally does work on high end homes (we consider ours a mid range home) agreed to do it and at a fair price. His construction were very professional, they showed up on time, worked hard, and before they departed each evening they cleaned up. Project was completed on time and to standard. Not being a local I was a bit leery about hiring someone I didn't know, but our designer gave us three references that had work done by Walden and we called all three of them. All three spoke highly of him and said they would use him again, as will we if we do another project. During the construction process my wife wanted them to make some minor changes to the design, and they did so at no charge. You can't ask for more than that. My wife and I highly recommend Walden Butay and his company Webb Construction LLC.
Description of Work: Built a porch with a roof on the ground floor and a lanai on top of our roof with a wrap around walkway without removing any of the roof. Others said this couldn't be done, but Walden did it to standard and it looks beautiful.
