The Maids of Windward and Leeward Oahu

It went very well.  They cleaned all areas of my home.  I've used the Maids for over 10 years.  I've always found them to be reliable and effecient.

They are doing a fantastic job.,  Our house never looked better.,  We use them on a biweekly service.

They were prompt and called 15 minutes before arriving.  Had all of their supplied and asked if there was anything special needed.  They completed their regular work with each person doing a different task.  I have used this company on several occasions as well as the Honolulu branch.  I recommend them to any tenants who might need help with cleaning.  One of my clients wants them to clean each time he leaves as they do such a good job.
They do not specialize in move-out cleaning - but they have done a fine job for me on a regular basis every time I have called.

Over all it went well except for the one time I had the bad crew that left hand marks on the walls and they used the bathroom before they left and did not clean it.  The Maids were called and they sent a new crew right away to reclean my house which I was very greatfull for.  It shows they have good customer service.  I would use them and still do

All right at beginning but quickly degenerated.

I was moving out of my house and needed a full housecleaning. I tried contacting several cleaning companies that came up on search engines and called/registered online for quotes. After 3 days of no response, it was getting to the last minute.  On the final Friday, all I had left was a smartphone, so I checked Angie's List and found the Maids.  They were the only one that answered the phone when I called that morning, and they said they had a team that was able to come out at noon that day.  I understand this is not the norm, since their first offer was the following Monday.  Based on their last-minute acceptance of the contract, and the wonderful job they did, I was forgiving on the price of the service.  The main difference is I should trust Angie's List first, since trying to call other companies 4 days in advance obviously doesn't work in Hawaii.
The team called in advance to confirm their noon appointment, and they were right on time (in my 15 minute window).  They completed a 4BR/3BA house in about 4 hours and I was satisfied with the results.  I did some some leftover spots here and there, but I didn't mind one or two overlooked items compared to how well they managed the rest of the house.

Over all it has been a positive experance from THE MAIDS

They're generally good but they don't do windows. Sometimes there are gecko dropping that they don't clean up. So they do have limitations. They are generally good though.

They do a great job. I am happy with them.

They were prompt and they finished the job within an hour.
