Square Repair

Best appliance repair service I have used. I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment with the large national company I initially contacted. Mike was there the next day with the correct replacement parts. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable.

Great. He was able to come out the same day to look at the problem, and came back the next with the needed parts to fix. Reasonable price.

We started with a brief exchange of messages.  Mike asked for the model numbers and he came by the day after I called, exactly on time to diagnose the dishwasher problem. He returned the next day with the necessary replacement for the broken $60 part and completed the installation.  Total cost includes the cost of the broken part.  Mike is very courteous, friendly, and honest.  I was not asked to write this review and I had never used Square Repair before.  Of course, I would use them again if needed.

Had a problem with our refrigerator freezing up. Called and left a message, Mike quickly responded and came out the next day, on a Sunday! Wasn't there more that a few minutes, suggested a quick fix, reset my fridge, hung out to see if it worked, and that quick, appeared to be fixed. We had to wait about 12 hours to be sure, but a week later, it still works correctly. And since he didn't think he really did anything, he wouldn't charge us. Well he has our business from here on out. Thank you Mike, my eggs, fruit and vegetables really appreciate your help! And my wife too! Aloha! -John

He didn't repair the old machine. He didn't give me a bill but I gave him $25 anyways for his time and honesty. Thanks Mike.

In my case Mike was able to come in less than 24 hours which was great since we had food spoilage concerns. He wrote back within hours of my putting the schedule on Angie's list and called the next morning to firm up the schedule. He defrosted the freezer quickly with a steamer and replaced the thermostat. I don't think he was here an hour. Good guy and knows what he is doing. I would use him again or refer him. Thanks Mike!!

Mike called me and set an appointment to fix my Freezer. He was one of the only appliance repair places that returned my call as I had this problem on a weekend. He came out on Sunday night to help me! He was professional and quick. Cleaned up after the job was done. I really appreciate his help and would use him again!

Defrost refrigerator which was helpful. Forgot to call back for stove repair.

Work was completed within 20 minutes. Couldn't have been more pleased with the work.
