Price was good -but job satisfaction disappointing. Exterior wall of house was not cleaned as expected. Dirt, black soot and grime still very visible.

Bill was professional and precise with his estimation of the work to be done. It was all clearly stated and printed so you knew exactly how the cost estimate was done. He and his son, Chris were a little early which was great to do the job. They worked very hard without any official breaks to do the job. They even went the extra mile and did some work which was not identified in the power washing contract. That was really appreciated by us the receiver of this extra service. When the work was done and we paid for it by check (there were options in payments as well), he sent the receipt to my email or phone . I was able to print my receipt on the same day as the job was done. Yes, the trust factor was great and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a power washing job to be done. You won't regret it! Yes, I would hire them again. In fact, I look forward to them expanding their work to window and screen cleaning as well!

Bill came and gave us a free estimate (for a GREAT price). He scheduled with my tenants and showed up on time and walked the tenants thru the process. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He pointed out areas of concern for us and gave us solutions for them.
