The work was planned, executed, and delivered as promised. The shop is clean and well lit, the folks are polite and helpful, and its a nice place to go when you have the unfortunate need for auto body repair. Paint matching was great, the vehicles were cleaned inside and out and looked great. I would return here for work even without an insurance claim to pay for the work. A shining star in today's economy. Hoo-yah local Kailua business!

The work was done in a little over a week. Plus, you couldn't even tell that ANY work had been done . . . the car looked brand new.

The only bad thing is that they are very busy and we had to wait about 5 weeks to get in. These people care about the quality and attention to detail. They were friendly, courteous, and got us in and out within three days. There were absolutely no glitches or problems.

After reading a review here about their service, I called them in a panic over the door. (Location of the dent had made it very difficult to open.) They were great -- got the door to open and walked me through the steps I would do with my insurance company. Later, after getting the estimate, I went back to drop off the car. Estimated time was 4 days...and it was on-the-dot. They were so wonderful - even reminded me that my registration is due this month!! I am telling all my friends and co-workers that they are the place to go for any repair shop. Truly an aloha spirit!!

The work involved replacing part of the fiberglass body and resurfacing the deep scratches on the bumper. The work was done within one week. The estimate was completed within 2 days. I had not quite decided whether to use my auto insurance or pay for the work myself and the estimator took photos anyway to keep my options open. This is a family owned shop with aloha spirit - respect, concern, care... the staff assumes they are your neighbors and will be seeing you at the grocery store next week. When we went to pick up the car, my husband was not happy with the work, something about the paint finish (that I couldn't see) and they took care of the issue promptly and at no extra cost. The car looks as good as new.
