Description of Work: I called Pacific Dynamics for an estimate to return a bonus room that was a carport into a 3 car garage. A representative came out and we discussed what we wanted, but we never received an estimate. I called back a couple of weeks later and they said they were working on a proposal, but we never received one.

Description of Work: Complete renovations of one bedroom apartment. Wallboard, wallpaper, cabinetry, Pergo flooring, kitchen/bath fixtures. Very professional personalized estimate and service til the end. Had to find wallpaper person to finish one panel in the bathroom. All else done wonderfully.

+ 0 moreHarvey came he looked but never submitted an estimate. I called him once to remind him and he assured me he would submit an estimate in a couple days but he never did. I find that unprofessional. He wasted my time.
Description of Work: Harvey just came out to give an estimate on our kitchen remodel. He took measurements and a copy of my plans. It took about an hour/hour and a half. Seem very knowledgable and courteous. It was for a ~$20,000 kitchen remodel (not including cabinets and flooring).

+ 0 moreCrew checked problem and offered solution to replacing control devices which apparently been installed before window casements resulting in no access to screws holding deice in place. sections of casement were removed with saws, mechanical devices replced, and sawed out sections replaced so perfectly that no evidence of removal can be seen.
Description of Work: Replaced corroded window mechanical adjustment controls.

+ 1 moreEstimate to completion was smooth and timely. Harvey and Steve helped me understand the complexities specific to this job and condo building.
Description of Work: Pacific Dynamics replaced a shower stall including custom pan build, and repaired adjacent wall and laminate flooring water damage. They did an excellent job. I was allowed to select finish materials within a price range to fit the budget I defined. Construction was quick, on-time completion, and they left the work site in the condo spotless.
