I did not use them. They were nice. My client chose a different company.

Crew checked problem and offered solution to replacing control devices which apparently been installed before window casements resulting in no access to screws holding deice in place. sections of casement were removed with saws, mechanical devices replced, and sawed out sections replaced so perfectly that no evidence of removal can be seen.
