Tiling of the pool was very well done. They have serviced my pool for many years and I've rarely had any problems with the service.

They do an excellent job of redoing the pool. I would go with them again. The lack a little in communication, but they are really good at what they do. The quality of work that they do overrides everything else.

A few weeks ago our original pool pump started to leak and then a terrible loud noise was noted and we shut down the pump. I decided to sign up on Angie's list as a member just to see what kind of repair estimates I could get. I called Natural Salt Pools LLC and spoke with curtis who was a big help with my decision to go with him. I was told by curtis that his helper by the name of Michael would be the one removing and installing my pool pump. I meet with michael who was very knowledgeable about is work and took the time to explain everthing about the new pump being installed however, after the new installation of thre pump michael noted that something maybe wrong with the pump due to an unusual noise and he may have to replace it. We also had a Dolphin fountain that we purchased several years ago but never had it hooked lup ike we wanted I spoke with michael about his idea's to have it hooked up and was very pleased and asked about reconfiguring my pool filter backwash piping to help me to perform this step without having to install and roll out 50 feet of hose to perform this step each time well everthing was completed as mentioned and a new pump was also installed. we are pleased with the work that was performed and also the money we saved. Also I asked michael about how many

I recently had a buried-in-cement cracked PVC pipe near my fresh water pool skimmer in Kailua, HI. This caused a huge drop in pump pressure. I checked BBB online and decided to call Natural Salt Pool at 808.255.7665. I left a voice message. Less than an hour later, I promptly received a call from Curtis. I explained the problem and he dispatched their top technician, Michael to my residence. Mike turned out to be an amazingly sharp, skilled, and experienced pool technician, a true gentleman. In less than one hour, my pool pluming was reliably fixed for a fair fee $. I am impressed with these guys' fine service and wanted to share them with you.
For the first few days I called a bunch of people and companies. For example, I called Blue Sky Pools, and a gentleman name Ezra on the phone without looking at the problem gave me an estimate for over $600. I was devestated not knowing what the exact cause of the pressure loss was and if fixing this problem would cost me over $2000 as some suggested. In a complete state of uncertainty, I accidentally and only because I checked our Hawaii Better Business B., I found Natural Salt Pools.
